Schoolboy Dreams come true.

Father and son take to the road in Alfa sports car

A School boy is living his dream as he took to the fast lane in an exclusive sports car with his father for a boys’ weekend of sport and fast cars.

Beech Hall School pupil Daniel Gough won the car of his dreams for a weekend after he persuaded his father Tony to enter a raffle to win an Alfa Romeo Spider in a raffle at the school’s summer fair.

The duo took to the road in the stunning sports car, courtesy of Knutsford-based Alfa Romeo dealership Mangoletsi, to head for Lancashire's Ribble Valley for a weekend of tennis, snooker and car talk at an exclusive country hotel.

Tony Gough said: “Daniel had the idea of entering the raffle as he has always wanted to be in a sports car. It’s fantastic that we have won.

“His mum agreed to us having a boys’ weekend in the Ribble Valley so there’s going to be a lot of tennis, snooker and driving an amazing sports car.”

The raffle raised a total of £1,200 for Beech Hall School.
