The Mangoletsi name is synonymous with Alfa Romeo and this year we will be celebrating our 42nd year with the marque. In addition we have held a Fiat franchise since 1993. Many of our staff continue to enjoy a long and happy career with Mangoletsi. Our after-sales manager has been with us for 40 years, our senior deputy parts manager has been with us for 42 years and our top technician is often invited to Italy to advise the Alfa Romeo technical team.
We constantly invest in the dealership, equipment and staff to ensure that our customers receive the best service and continue to come back. Continuous training and 6 monthly staff appraisals ensure that members of staff develop as individuals and within the job. We value our staff as our highest asset which is why we offer one of the best pay structures in the industry. When it comes to our advertising and marketing we adopt a very pro-active approach to ensure we do not rest on our laurels but maintain an appeal to new customers.
