Fraser Hudson our Managing Director has just celebrated his twenty fifth year with the company.

He still has a little way to go to catch up with our After Sales Manager Ken Buckley who has been here for forty years, or indeed our Parts Manager Roy Jefferies who recently retired having clocked up forty-five years! 

Fraser says," Every day is full of new challenges and opportunities and consequently I feel as fresh and motivated to make a difference twenty five years on as I did when I started as a car sales exec here all those years ago".

Does this make a difference to the Mangoletsi customer experience?

"I am sure that our customers really appreciate the fact that they are dealing with a company that is steeped in Alfa Romeo history, whose enthusiastic staff really know their stuff and care about the quality of their customer’s experience. Gordon Carr, our Sales Manager has been here fourteen years and our Service Manager Paul Antrobus eleven and I think having me, as the business owner on site is a tangible benefit to staff and customers alike. I often think that it must be very difficult for dealer groups to create this sort of atmosphere. I suppose that is why the business continues to grow and we have customers who travel here such long distances to purchase used and new cars as well as for expert servicing, repairs and parts”.
