The main function of this role as a new and used Car Sales Executive is to assist customers with the vehicle purchasing experience offering advice and assistance with model ranges, used cars, funding options and accessories.
Handover and delivery are a thing of the past as we have a Handover specialist to do this for you. This means that you can move swiftly onto your next sales opportunity giving approximately 35% more time to sell which increases commission earning potential significantly.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Following the Sales Process
Contacting existing customers and making appointments
Presenting and demonstrating vehicles to customers
Carrying out part exchange appraisals
Checking your vehicle’s when they arrive
Negotiating the sale working closely with the Sales Manager’s
Experience & Requirements:
It is essential that you have a retail motor trade sales background and experience of generating leads and appointments from referrals and the existing customer base.
You must hold a current full driving licence, be IT literate and be able to demonstrate a sales process and follow-up system.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of understanding in customer satisfaction and be dynamic and enthusiastic when handling customers.
Ability to use a computer including Microsoft office outlook, excel and word. Further training is offered for this but you must have the basics.
Willingness to learn in house computerised systems including dealer management system and accurately record all customer contacts and their details using in house computer systems.
Work life balance if extremely important to Mangoletsi, particularly in the role of a Sales Person, so we insist that you leave within a 20 mile radius of the dealership or a 40 minute commute taking into account peak time traffic in the mornings.
