As a Main Dealer and Authorised Repairer, your car is looked after by manufacturer-trained technicians with access to specialist diagnostic equipment, technical information and applicable software updates and technical actions.

For electric and hybrid vehicles, this also means access to the specialist knowledge and equipment required to work safely on high-voltage systems, batteries, charging systems and their associated electronic controls.

We’ll tell you what the manufacturer recommends based on your car’s age and mileage, explain why it is recommended and tell you the cost. You decide if you want it. Nothing additional is carried out without your agreement.

If your car is still within its manufacturer’s warranty, we’ll also explain where your maintenance choices could affect a related future warranty claim. And if we identify an eligible manufacturer’s warranty issue, we’re authorised to investigate and repair it.

So whether you simply want essential, low-cost maintenance or want your car maintained fully in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, you can still have it looked after by the people who know your car.
